A million years.....

It seems like its been that long since ive posted anything. im so sorry i lacked. i have been so busy. kids were busy with end of the year activities. didnt get to go on vaca bc hubs job made him work, i had a few health things.. (knee). and i have did some shopping but ive forgotten so many things that i couldnt possibly remember them all. havent bought many clothes bc there just hasnt been anything that ive been interested in. not even jeans. 2 shirts and thats about it. i have bought several handbags, Kathy Van Zeeland, Jessica Simpson, different things. some wallets.

I have really been interesting in couponing here lately. i have saved alot of money.

Btw, another thing, the reason i havent posted is we have had alot of problems with our vehicle. Transmission went out, had it replaced, Moter blower for our A/C, and then we needed a tune up. all resulted in about $2000 altogether, but thankfully we have some very wonderful people that own that car lot and they are the best. and work with us every step of the way. they are a blessing.

i will try from now on to start posting more often. but i think instead of only fashion, i will do a little bit of everything!

A Very Late Christmas Haul

I took a picture right after Christmas and i cant find it for anything. guess its been shuffled around so much i accidently deleted it. that sucks. but anyway, im so sorry for the long pauses in between posts.. ive had so much going on that i havent had time to think about this blog. i hope i can remember everything.

I got a shirt, sweater and blue jeans and a cross body small handbag from my mom and hubby. the small handbag is for vacation that i hope we get to take.

Watch with a bracelet and Sex and the City 2 dvd from Hannah.

Makeup. Britney Spears Circus perfume. smells so good.

If theres anything else im sorry i cant remember. i know before Thanksgiving i did get a Coach coin pouch on ebay for $6. other than this and that i havent done any shopping.

I know i havent done a Christmas Haul yet and im sorry about that. i have been very busy lately. we had alots of snow this past week and the kids were out all week, but this week i will get around to making the haul for you. and an update on my Droid and the Iphone.

Misc Post

Hey everyone! i know its been awhile and im sorry.. just really didnt have anything to post, but now i got a few things to talk about. i havent bought anything new in a long time, just havent had the funds with Christmas coming and all. and when u have 3 kids you have to save every penny! Ok first of all, my upgrade came with my cell phone. remember i had the Blackberry 8330. well i was tired of getting old out of date phones because they were cheap. everytime i upgraded my phone the last few years they would come out with another newer version of it. made me so mad. anyway, i did my research and the only thing that would be compatible with me and what options i wanted was the Droid X and the Droid Incredible. i talked to a guy at Verizon and he said the Droid Incredible had way too many problems and he wouldnt recommend it. so i went with the Droid X. I was gonna wait it out and go with the Verizon version of the Iphone in Jan, but i just couldnt wait bc my BB seemed to be on its last legs. i know i may kick myself but i am an impatient person! lol. but i got the Droid X and o.m.g. do i love it!! was tricky getting used to the touchscreen but its really good.

Ok, yall remember the little tiff i had with Target and those Mulberry bags. well yesterday hubs and i had to go Christmas shopping and we went to Target, guess what section they still had??? Yep! those Mulberry bags!!!! and they had the bag i wanted. well im glad i didnt run out and drive the 50 or more miles to get one of those things cause let me say this: i dont know why i was stressing about it then, because the bags are so cheap looking and feeling. like they could fall apart if u put alot of stuff in them! and u all know i pack my bags full! so im glad i didnt waste the $49.99 back then and now. cause i wouldve hated it!

Also i found a Jessica Simpson bag at Ross that was reg price $180!! and they had it for $24.99!! i was gonna make my mom get it for me, but she talked me out of it, (GRRR) makes me mad.

THE MECCA

I am absolutely shocked and stunned that i was able to get this bag. you all know how much i have wanted a Louis Vuitton! This is a Louis Vuitton Speedy 35. it is LOVE. i dont know what else to say about it. and no, i did NOT fork over the $700 it costs new. lets just say i got VERY LUCKY in finding it.

Steve Madden

Now i am a HUGE fan of Steve Madden bags. great quality. but they can get expensive. so i go to TJMaxx to find these. This bag is hot pink inside. so gorgeous. i only paid $9.99 out of my pocket for it. Hannah paid the other $40 cause shes awesome like that.

Gucci

I got this Gucci bag from Ebay. its gorgeous. got the Gucci scarf with it. Thanks to the very special person who helped me with this.

Necklaces and Watch

The Long necklace that you see in the pic with the different chains on it, i got at Walmart on Clearance for $1.

The Turquoise necklace with the watch, i got for $1.99 at Cato. these are so pretty together also.

The watch i got at Walmart for $10. i wanted one like the Micheal Kors and Guess. but man there so expensive. in the $100s. so this looks exactly like it.

Mulberry for Target

I didnt know they were coming out with this designer until i heard on twitter that it would be out 10-10-10. So i went to Target online and eagarly wanted to check out the Bags. what??? wait??!! they are Sold Out? what??? they just came out!! so disappointed. :( BUT there was only ONE bag that i really liked. it was the black pebble leather bag. the largest one. it was so pretty. sold out. on twitter everyone was talking about how they went to Target and there sold out too. what was going on? so in my investigative mode i went to Youtube and TA DA!!! People were rushing to Target and waiting in line before they opened to get these bags. and no they didnt just buy ONE or TWO. they were buying them by the handfuls. not because their handbag obsessed like me, but because they knew these bags were a hot item so they stocked up and they are now proudly up for sale on Ebay. and not at the $49.99 Target was asking for some of the bags, but more like over a $100!!! what? thats crazy!! people shouldnt be allowed to do that, i dont have anything against buying something and putting anything up on Ebay. BUT, when u buy out a whole shelf and not let someone else have a chance, thats what i have a problem with. but now i have to wait a few months to get this bag so the price will go down on Ebay. i also wrote Target an email and i know im just one person, but its ridiculous. alot of people were so disappointed. There, thats my soapbox for the month and i'll get off of it now.

Finally------- Birthday Haul

Ok, alot to go thru, First, i dont remember if i ever showed this purse in my Haul, but its a Nicole Lee and i got it at TJMaxx and its the one im using at the moment.
My mom gave me some money so i picked out this sterling silver thick ring at Walmart, on clearance for $20.
I went to TJMaxx and i got Havianni flip flops. ever how you spell it. on clearance for $9.99. Went to Bath and Body works and got Country Apple Body Spray and Lotion for $3 ea.
I also saw this ring on clearance and loved it.. ive always wanted a Moms ring. $10.
And Hannah got a Betsy Johnson Handbag at TJMaxx. $39.99, shes tired of it now, so she gave it to me!! yes. score!!!

Something out of the ordinary..

I was reading around some of my favorite places this morning, and i came across this father who blogged about his alone time with his baby this past wkd. his wife had a business wkd to attend. i know alot of people with children and alot of stay at home moms.. what bugs me the most is when someone says i have to ask my husband to babysit for me if i want to go out or go somewhere. and my brain explodes everytime i hear that sentence. babysit? how can u babysit your own kids??? i never understood that. so as i was reading i came across this exact situation. and i will quote it:

On the way out of the restaurant a woman smiled at me and said, “Babysitting tonight, aye?” People made this comment to me before and it always rubbed me the wrong way, as if fathers were nothing more than fill-ins for mothers. I was like YES!!! someone who finally gets it!!!!! When mothers have their children nothings ever said, but you see fathers and its like oh hes babysitting.. oh that just burns my biscuits. lol. FATHERS DO NOT BABYSIT THERE OWN CHILDREN. I have never in my life "asked" my hubby to "babysit" his kids. i never "ask" him to go anywhere, i just go, if the kids are here there just here, i dont ask him anything because there HIS KIDS. just the same as he doesnt ask me to go to work, or he doesnt ask me when he goes to the store.

I know this is an out of ordinary from my usual blogs, but i just had to post it, i was very proud of this father, he loves his child and he gets it!!!!

Small Haul and Update

I havent posted anything because i have just been so busy.. with school being out and Hannah now having a job i gotta run her back and forth too, its just been crazy. and cooking and cleaning. Then hubs last week almost collapsed of heat exhaustion. its been so hot and humid here. almost 100. i was so worried about him. hes better now.

So i have only purchased just a couple of things here and there. i seen these tee shirts at walmart and they were only $8 or $9 bucks..i didnt have a dark purple tee so i got it. fits really well. then i saw these Miley Cyrus wristlets on clearance, and they were $3 but i didnt get it, i figured they'd mark them down more. Then saturday night went to another walmart and what do ya know!? the Miley Cyrus wristlets were $1!!! great deal. i use it to hold my camera cable and car charger, things like that. Well with it being summer i drink alot of bottled water. but i hate the idea of all the bottles being wasted, so when i was at walmart (again of course lol) i saw these Aluminum hydration bottles on clearance for $3! so i picked it up. and i love it!!! it doesnt leak or anything, so when i got out, instead of having to buy bottled water, i can put this in my purse or leave it in the car! saves money and the enviroment!

Fathers day was yesterday and hubs birthday is next sat the 26th, so i bought him a combined present. a shirt, a CD (luke bryan), boots for work, and a ringtone for his phone.

Then next tuesday the 29th is my birthday.. Eclipse comes out at the theaters and i was hoping to get my bestie Anna to go see it with me at the Matinee that friday, if not, maybe another day. then of course, i have no idea what i want for my birthday. (im lying, of course i wanna go to TJ Maxx). lol.
